I am Marjoke Franken, and I am a Change Coach with a load of experience and an immense toolkit.  

I can help you (re-)organise your company to be more future ready: adaptive, creative and innovative.

I am eager to help you unlock the hidden potential in your organisation! I don’t believe in one size fits all, but I believe you and your people know what you need to help your organisation thrive! I know how to unlock that knowledge and how to decide where to start and what to do next. Where I have been involved, as we go forward, trust is up, and conflict is constructive. Your people are collaborating better and teams are further equipped to make responsible decisions, maturing into those who appreciate what responsibility means.

When I heard of Agile and Scrum in 2008, I immediately loved it. I really like the invitation to take ownership of what you do and the continuous drive for improvement, for shorter feedback loops and better collaboration. I strongly believe trust is a key element in highly effective teams and so I made it my specialty to create teams where trust, vulnerability and ownership are the key values, whether they realize it or not.

I teach and educate others in new values and principles to foster a mindset, within groups, of engagement and willingness to learn. Agile, Sociocracy and various other models of self-organisation, I’ve studied them, I’ve adopted them and added their methods to my toolkit.

Preferably working with small to medium sized companies, I help to create teams where trust, vulnerability and ownership are the key values, whether they realise it or not.

I’m also bilingual in Dutch and English.
